Since 1789 Statesville has maintained a thriving scenic downtown and a strong sense of community. The downtown has Victorian homes and a number of buildings and structures listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This combined with our low cost of doing business, strong work force, and strategic location with two interstates have helped rank Statesville-Mooresville as the Number One Micropolitan area in the United States. We look forward to speaking with you to find out how we may be able to assist with your location needs.
